Celcom Akan Mempertingkatkan Kualiti Perkhidmatan Jalur Lebar di UUM

Dipetik dari BERNAMA, Celcom Axiata bercadang untuk meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan mereka di UUM. Menurut Naib Presiden (Wilayah Utara), Saiful Baharin Abdul Wahab berkata, 12 stesen baru akan di bina sebagai tambahan kepada 12 stesen yang sedia ada.

Diharapkan pihak Celcom Axiata tidak hanya memilih beberapa universiti untuk proses peningkatan mutu kepada pengguna sebaliknya setiap universiti yang mempunyai bilangan pengguna yang ramai harus ditingkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan.

Pengguna adalah aset penting bagi sesebuah telco. Pihak Celcom diminta untuk mengambil perhatian yang serius terhadap mutu perkhidmatan di sesetengah kawasan yang berkepadatan tinggi.

Damn You Maxis

I'm so frustrated with Maxis (mobile operator in Malaysia) services. I don't know if all this happen because of Chinese New Year or whatever, they should be prepared to provide customer with smooth and reliable services. Today it is so hard for me to reach my girlfriend who lives in Ipoh, Perak. We almost had a fight because of you, Maxis. Until i realized that there was no problem with her phone but the Maxis network actually. I'm guessing that in a few weeks there going to be a lot of Maxis subscribers terminating their subscription to subscribe to other operator. Shame on you, Maxis!

Masa begitu pantas berlalu. Aku masih ingat dengan jelas hari pendaftaran di awal semester tempohari. Masa yang berlalu tanpa kita sedari. Seharusnya di luangkan dengan sebaik mungkin. Tak sabar rasanya nak menamatkan pengajian.
