DiGi Prepaid Internet

Dah 3 bulan menggunakan DiGi Prepaid Internet dan kualiti perkhidmatan memang sangat memuaskan. Lebih-lebih lagi di Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. Walaupun dalam website DiGi, lokasi liputan di Seksyen 7 tidak di semua kawasan tapi di rumah saya masih dalam liputan. Siap boleh dapat "full bar" lagi. Di kawasan Taman Melati (tempat belajar) pulak masih kurang memuaskan. Susah sikit nak dapat 3G, mungkin kawasan rumah sewa ni sipi-sipi je dalam liputan 3G.

Pakej DiGi Prepaid Internet ni diberi 3GB bandwidth, tapi yang menariknya dalam 5 hari dah 6GB dah bandwidth pakai sampai sekarang kelajuan masih sama. Bagus DiGi, jangan kedekut sangat bandwidth macam telco lain (you know who). Berkira sangat pun tak guna, "subscribers" lari baru tau. Hahaha.

Diharapkan pihak DiGi dapat meluaskan lagi kawasan liputan dan kapasiti bandwidth utk setiap kawasan. Lebih-lebih lagi di kawasan berkepadatan tinggi. "Tension" surfing "slow internet" ni.

Celcom Akan Mempertingkatkan Kualiti Perkhidmatan Jalur Lebar di UUM

Dipetik dari BERNAMA, Celcom Axiata bercadang untuk meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan mereka di UUM. Menurut Naib Presiden (Wilayah Utara), Saiful Baharin Abdul Wahab berkata, 12 stesen baru akan di bina sebagai tambahan kepada 12 stesen yang sedia ada.

Diharapkan pihak Celcom Axiata tidak hanya memilih beberapa universiti untuk proses peningkatan mutu kepada pengguna sebaliknya setiap universiti yang mempunyai bilangan pengguna yang ramai harus ditingkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan.

Pengguna adalah aset penting bagi sesebuah telco. Pihak Celcom diminta untuk mengambil perhatian yang serius terhadap mutu perkhidmatan di sesetengah kawasan yang berkepadatan tinggi.
